Suzhou Jaytom Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.Founded in 2020, the company is an intelligent logistics identification and sorting system integrator deeply engaged in the logistics industry. With in-house development of automated sorting control systems, OCR software and visual traceability systems at its core, it integrates key technologies such as barcode scanning, 3D vision measurement, dynamic weighing and text OCR, providing express, e-commerce and warehousing customers with turnkey logistics solutions covering scheme design, equipment development and on-site deployment and delivery.

The core team has worked in logistics automation and machine vision for years, and all full-line equipment is self-developed and self-manufactured: the automated sorting control system, the OCR and vision-based traceability software system, and the mechanical structures are all produced in-house, giving fast response and strong customization capability.

The company currently has 70 employees. Its R&D team consists of engineers graduated from renowned universities such as Zhejiang University and Southeast University, with years of experience in image processing, machine learning and automation control.

The company owns its premises of 5000 m², of which 500 m² is office area and 4500 m² is production area, with complete capabilities in mechanical structure design, control board development, software development and complete machine assembly.

Our products serve domestic customers such as China Post, JD.com, Cainiao, SF Express, ZTO, YTO, STO and J&T Express, and have been deployed in overseas markets including Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Chile, Brazil, Germany, Canada and North America.

STRENGTH

Core capabilities

Viewed in two layers: the upper layer is the self-developed Software and system capability, which determines what the equipment can do and how data flows; the lower layer is what is implemented on the equipment Application technology capabilities, which determines whether the line runs stably and sorts accurately on site.

Automated sorting control system

The full-line control system is self-developed: from induction takt time, singulation differential speed and weighing sampling windows to sorting module action timing, with unified scheduling and unified protocols; takt time and throughput can be tuned to on-site conditions.

OCR software system development capability

Waybill text OCR developed in-house: waybill text, addresses, and sender/recipient information are recognized and extracted automatically, can be mapped to customer business fields, and the results are used directly for routing and traceability.

Vision-based traceability system development capability

Full-process image retention and traceability for every parcel: retrieve the images and weighing data of a given pass by barcode / timestamp, and trace abnormal items backwards, meeting customer quality control and arbitration needs.

Host system and data integration

WMS / ERP / sorting host system integration. Chute routing rules, parcel consolidation rules and data return are configured to the customer's business, with real-time dispatch and status feedback.

Item singulation technology

4×4 matrix differential-speed singulation; clustered inbound items are automatically separated and spaced one by one, with a singulation rate ≥99% and a spacing compliance rate ≥97%, verified through both full-process simulation and actual projects.

Dynamic weighing and scanning technology

Dynamic weighing + barcode reading + 3D volume measurement + text OCR completed in a single pass; the weighing bed length is set by Lmax = bed length − 250×v, ensuring the sampling window and accuracy.

Cross-belt sorting technology

Steering-throw sorting mechanism: each module steers independently at 45°, drop points follow a 1:2 diagonal (400 horizontal / 800 vertical mm), chutes from 750 mm, up to 40 groups per side.

Wheel divert sorting technology

Select between the two main categories — large-disc wheel divert / direct-drive wheel divert — by item type; throughput is determined by the number of servo sections (1 section 3800 – 4-5 sections 6500 parcels/h); stable sorting of medium-to-large and irregular items.
