PROCESS

1. Full-line process flow

Induction → pulling → DWS dynamic weighing and scanning → buffering → wheel divert sorting → chutes, fully automated.

Wheel divert sorting:A full row of wheels deflects synchronously to guide parcels, with a large contact area and gentle thrust, so large and irregular parcels are unlikely to jam or be damaged.
3-stage DWS:The induction section creates clearance → the weighing section performs dynamic weighing and barcode scanning → the buffer section feeds at constant speed to match the sorting takt time, with data matched one-to-one to each parcel.
Data closed loop:Weight, barcode, and volume data are collected and archived automatically, traceable and reviewable, and can be connected to the customer's WMS / ERP.
Modular splicing:The wheel divert sorting section is spliced and extended according to the number of chutes; it can be relocated and reinstalled when the facility changes.
