MA series assisted manual sorter
Manual loading · automatic weighing and scanning · automatic chute assignment

Semi-automatic sorting station: the operator places the parcel on the platform, and static weighing, scanning and volume measurement are completed automatically; the powered-belt platform then feeds the item into the chute automatically. Platform sizes of 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 cm, with G0 / G2 / G4 / G8 / ZGn chutes, suited to low-cost start-up at small and medium branches and in low-volume scenarios.

PROCESS

1. Working principle

The platform processes only one item at a time, in serial operation: manual placement → static acquisition → stable reading → automatic belt discharge / manual retrieval.

① Manual loading→ ② Static capture (weighing · scanning · volume measurement)→ ③ Stable reading→ ④ Automatic discharge / manual pickup
  • Manual loading:The operator places a single parcel on the platform; all three platform types are manually loaded and do not depend on upstream induction equipment.
  • Static acquisition:The platform is the weighing platform. Static weighing accuracy ±10 g; code reading and volume measurement are completed simultaneously; recognition rate quoted at 99.99%.
  • Act once the reading is stable:The powered-belt platform discharges items automatically, dropping them directly into the corresponding chute / downstream; the static scale platform and unpowered roller table require manual pickup.
  • Data upload:Barcode, weight and volume are captured and uploaded in one pass; the system can be integrated with the customer's system, with traceable records.
MODEL CODE

2. Model naming · four-segment code

MA - [platform cm] - [V/N] - [S/R/B] - [G0/G2/G4/G8/ZGn], where the four segments correspond to platform size, volume measurement, platform type and chute configuration.

SCENARIOS

IV. Applicable scenarios

  • Express outlets / postal collection and delivery offices:For daily sorting at small and medium branches: manual loading is enough to start, with no complex induction line required.
  • E-Commerce Warehouse Outbound Verification:Piece-by-piece weighing and scanning on outbound, with data trails, replacing manual logging.
  • Cross-border e-commerce and export small lines:The single unit is compact and can be disassembled for transport, suiting small overseas sites.
  • Low-volume start-up scenario:When volume is low and budget is a concern, start with an assisted manual station; it can later be upgraded directly to an automatic sorting line.
