Automatic induction · item singulation system

Automatic induction · item singulation systemCore technologies self-developed

Infeed gate + buffering and accumulation section + parcel pulling section + singulator + centering machine working together: start/stop flow control, lateral de-singulation, differential-speed spacing of items extracted one by one, funnel-style merging and centering, outputting single items at equal spacing in a single file.

How to select:First set the transverse row count n by belt width (600→4, 800→4, 1000→5, 1200→6), then set the row count along the direction m by the degree of parcel stacking (standard 4, severe stacking 5~6, tight facility 3). Model SGL-{cart width}-{m}×{n}.
Clear spacing 300~1200, configurable (default 500)Release speed 0.3~2.0 m/sSingulation rate ≥99%

E-commerce warehouse DWS identification system

DWS dynamic weighing and scanning systemPrimary

Three-section structure of induction + weighing + buffer, completing dynamic weighing, barcode scanning and volume measurement in one pass; supports single scale / dual scale and top-scan, three-face, five-face and six-face configurations, including text OCR.

How to select:① Single item ≤30 kg uses direct-drive motor roller E, >30 kg uses servo S; ② Weigher length is set by "weigher length − 250 × line speed ≥ longest item length", taking the smallest sufficient grade (1000/1600/1800/2000); ③ For throughput >4000, use dual weighers; ④ The number of scan faces is set by barcode orientation: V1/V3/V5/V6; ⑤ A buffer section is required when connecting to a wheel divert sorter, and not required when connecting to a cross-belt sorter. Model JT-DWS-{drive}{width}-{weigher type}-{vision}[-buffer].
Range 60 kg / graduation 50 gRead rate 99.99%Up to 36 codes/s

Cross-belt sorter

Cross-belt sorterPrimary

Steering-throw sorting mechanism: each module steers independently at 45°, parcels keep their axial inertia and travel along a 1:2 diagonal into the chutes on both sides; the 1750 head section has built-in centering, and the tail section is driven centrally by the main ring motor.

How to select:Three settings define the machine — slat width (300/400/500/600/800, sets which parcel types fit), chute length (750~2000, smallest sufficient size for the parcel length), chute count (3~20 per side, by number of destinations; each added destination adds a middle sorting section). Model ZX-{chutes}-{O/I}-{slat width}.
Line speed 1.5 m/sPlanned capacity 5500 parcels/hUp to 40 chutes on the dual side

Wheel divert sorter

Wheel divert sorterPrimary

A full row of wheels deflects synchronously to guide parcels, handling large and irregular parcels well; connects to a three-stage DWS, with outbound data collected and archived automatically. Two categories: large-tray models (φ200 large tray + φ120 small tray) and direct-drive models (all φ120), 14 models in total.

How to select:Select the main category by item type — standard medium and large items use Large-wheel divert(φ200 large disc + φ120 small disc, balancing load capacity and passage); many small items requiring good small-item passage, choose Direct-drive divert(all φ120, close-packed); then determine the number of servo sections by throughput (1 section 3800 / 2 sections 5000 / 3 sections 6000 / 4~5 sections 6500 parcels/h). Full code: BL-{docking width}M{number of large discs}D{number of small discs}-{N}S (N = number of servo groups).
Load capacity up to 60 kgDivert angle ±45°EtherCAT bus

Assisted manual sorter

Assisted manual sorter

Semi-automatic sorting workstation with manual loading and automatic barcode reading to assign chutes — a low-cost start for small and medium depots and low-volume scenarios.

How to select:Depot scenarios with fewer than 2000 parcels/day, few SKUs and destinations, and tight budgets; these can later be upgraded directly to an automated sorting line.

Auxiliary conveyor line

Auxiliary conveyor line

Conveyor lines, turntables, incline sections, knife-gate units and other full-line accessories, custom-engineered for the site, produced in the same factory as the main equipment with unified electrical control.

How to select:Select according to the main line belt width and inter-section transition needs; for high small-parcel pass rates, a knife-edge induction section can be added (φ40 end rollers, dedicated to cross-belt sorters).
