De-stacking + item singulation system
Automatic induction core · fully self-developed

De-stacker + parcel pulling section + singulator + centering machine working together: stacked parcels are spread automatically, stuck parcels are de-singulated automatically, clear spacing is controllable, and a centered single file is output, providing stable parcel supply for the DWS and the sorter.

PROCESS

1. Process flow

De-stacker→ Induction section (start/stop metering)→ Item singulator 4×4→ Centering unit→ Single-column constant-speed output
  • De-stacking:Clustered and stacked inbound items are first separated by the de-stacking machine, eliminating double stacking at the source.
  • Start/stop metering:The induction gate starts and stops according to flow; when inbound items are too dense it holds the whole cluster in a queue, releases it once clearance is created, preventing stacking and controlling flow.
  • 4×4 differential-speed singulation:4 rows along the line × 4 columns across of independent servo modules; differential speed per row pulls stuck parcels apart front to back; in the same lane the following carrier yields and slows while the leading one accelerates away, giving a stable clear gap ≥500 mm.
  • Centered output:The centering unit merges lanes in a funnel arrangement and outputs a single row of parcels at constant speed, connecting directly to the DWS and the sorter.
  • Real-duty adaptation:Handles fluctuating throughput and manual bulk dumping; full-process simulation has been verified against actual dimensions.
